Combine mayonnaise, ketchup, and Creole mustard in the blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
Add minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and apple cider vinegar to the mixture. Blend again until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Season with smoked paprika, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Pulse the blender a few times to distribute the spices evenly.
Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper. For a spicier sauce, add more cayenne pepper.
Pour the sauce into a saucepan and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes to meld the flavors together.
Allow the sauce to cool before transferring it to a glass jar or container. Store in the refrigerator.
