In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, and yeast.
Add water, and mix until combined (use spoon or hands).
Cover, let it rise for 2 hours in a warm place.
Grease the Dutch oven or line the loaf pan with parchment.
Transfer the dough, let it rise for 30 more minutes.
Preheat the oven to 450ºF (230ºC) for 15 minutes.
It should then be baked for 25 minutes until golden brown.
Cool for 20 minutes on a rack.
Enjoy warm or at room temperature with toppings.
You can store it at room temperature for 3-4 days or freeze it for 3 months (sliced).
