Hello and welcome to my recipe! I'm happy to reveal a super tasty Vegan Bread Recipe that I want to share with all of you.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups  All-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon Salt  
  • 2 ¼ tsp Dry yeast (active) 
  • cups  Water (warm)

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, and yeast.
  • Add water, and mix until combined (use spoon or hands).
  • Cover, let it rise for 2 hours in a warm place.
  • Grease the Dutch oven or line the loaf pan with parchment.
  • Transfer the dough, let it rise for 30 more minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 450ºF (230ºC) for 15 minutes.
  • It should then be baked for 25 minutes until golden brown.
  • Cool for 20 minutes on a rack.
  • Enjoy warm or at room temperature with toppings.
  • You can store it at room temperature for 3-4 days or freeze it for 3 months (sliced).

Notes

  • Choose plant-based milk for a rich flavor.
  • Consider using whole wheat flour.
  • Use natural sweeteners like maple syrup.
  • Create a vegan egg substitute with flax seeds or chia seeds.
  • Allow dough to rise in a warm place.
  • Grease a baking vessel or use parchment paper.
