Ingredients
  

  • 100 g boneless chicken breast thinly sliced
  • 100 g beef sirloin thinly sliced
  • 100 g shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 medium carrot thinly sliced
  • ½ bell pepper julienned
  • 5 mushrooms sliced
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the Proteins: In separate bowls, marinate chicken, beef, and shrimp with a dash of soy sauce and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
  • Cook the Proteins: Heat one tablespoon of oil in a wok over high heat. Add the chicken and stir-fry until cooked through. Remove and set aside. Repeat with beef and then shrimp.
  • Sauté the Vegetables: Add the remaining oil to the wok. Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant. Add broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Stir-fry until tender-crisp.
  • Combine and Simmer: Return the proteins to the wok. Stir in oyster sauce, remaining soy sauce, and chicken broth. Simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
  • Serve: Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
