Ingredients
  

  • ¼ tsp  Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp  Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp  Smoked Paprika
  • 1 lb Chicken Breast
  • ½ Stick  Butter

For The Marinade:

  • ½ cup  Soy Sauce (Low Sodium)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp  Olive Oil
  • ½ tbsp Garlic (minced)

For The Toppings:

  • Use 1 sliced onion, add salt, pepper, and garlic powder for taste.
  • 8 oz Mushroom (sliced)
  • Jack Cheese (Slices)

Instructions
 

  • Cut chicken in half or flatten with a mallet. Season both sides with spices.
  • Mix Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, and soy sauce together for marinade.
  • Over the chicken, pour the marinade. Let the marinade sit in the fridge for several hours.
  • Heat the griddle, and add butter. Cook onions until soft.
  • Add mushrooms and butter. Season, stir, cover, and cook. Remove from heat.
  • Melt butter in the pan. Cook marinated chicken until golden and 165°F.
  • Top chicken with mushrooms, onions, and Jack cheese. When the cheese is melted, cover it with a lid.
  • Enjoy your delicious chicken smothered in the sauce!
