  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Pat pork chops dry with paper towels.
  • Mix all spices in a small bowl.
  • Rub seasoning mix onto pork chops.
  • Heat skillet and add olive oil.
  • Sear chops on both sides, 2 minutes.
  • Remove skillet from heat briefly.
  • Pour chicken broth into the skillet.
  • Add Worcestershire and soy sauce.
  • Dot butter on top of pork chops.
  • Cover skillet loosely with foil.
  • Bake for 18–20 minutes.
  • Use meat thermometer to check doneness.
  • Pork should reach 145°F internally.
  • Rest chops for 5 minutes before serving.
