Soak skewers in water for 20 minutes.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Rinse and pat shrimp dry completely.
In bowl, mix butter, oil, and lemon juice.
Add spices and stir well until blended.
Thread shrimp onto soaked skewers evenly.
Brush shrimp with the seasoned butter mix.
Place skewers on hot grill grates.
Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes each side.
Baste again before removing from heat.
Serve hot with lemon wedges.
