Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Whisk or fork
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Airtight storage jar or bottle
  • Silicone spatula (optional for scraping)

Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise preferably full-fat for creaminess
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce adjust to spice preference
  • 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of black pepper

Instructions

  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, and sweet chili sauce.
  • Whisk the ingredients together until they are fully blended and smooth.
  • Add honey, white vinegar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Continue whisking until everything is thoroughly combined and the sauce is creamy.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if needed — add more Sriracha for extra heat or a bit more honey for extra sweetness.
  • Transfer the sauce into a clean, airtight jar or squeeze bottle. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld together.

Notes

  • Use High-Quality Mayonnaise: It forms the creamy base, so better mayo = better sauce.
  • Adjust the Heat Level: Start with less Sriracha and add more based on your spice tolerance.
  • Chill Before Serving: Let the sauce rest in the fridge for maximum flavor development.
  • Whisk Well: Make sure all ingredients are fully incorporated to avoid a lumpy texture.
  • Taste As You Go: Everyone’s palate is different — tweak sweetness or acidity as needed.
