- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil for brushing
- Pinch of red pepper flakes optional
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Unroll the dough. Flatten it with a rolling pin.
Cut the dough into small square portions.
