Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef or chicken
  • 2 cups fresh spinach chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 4 oz mozzarella cut into cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for brushing

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wash and chop spinach finely.
  • Mince garlic using a garlic press.
  • In a bowl, combine meat, spinach, garlic.
  • Add egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and spices.
  • Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
  • Scoop mixture and flatten it slightly.
  • Place one mozzarella cube in the center.
  • Wrap mixture around cheese, forming a ball.
  • Place meatballs on a parchment-lined tray.
  • Lightly brush with olive oil.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and cooked.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.
