Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Wash and chop spinach finely.
Mince garlic using a garlic press.
In a bowl, combine meat, spinach, garlic.
Add egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and spices.
Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
Scoop mixture and flatten it slightly.
Place one mozzarella cube in the center.
Wrap mixture around cheese, forming a ball.
Place meatballs on a parchment-lined tray.
Lightly brush with olive oil.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and cooked.
Let cool slightly before serving.
