Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 pounds beef chuck cut in cubes
  • 4 cups beef broth low sodium
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 carrots thinly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper sliced thin
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 2 packs ramen noodles discard seasoning
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add beef cubes to your slow cooker carefully.
  • Pour in beef broth and soy sauce slowly.
  • Add hoisin sauce and sesame oil next.
  • Add garlic, ginger, and brown sugar gently.
  • Add carrots, bell pepper, and green onions.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  • Cover and cook on low for six hours.
  • Cook ramen noodles per package and drain.
  • Add noodles and spinach to slow cooker carefully.
  • Stir gently and add rice vinegar before serving.
