- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the mashed potatoes:
- 4 large potatoes peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 tbsp butter
- Salt to taste

Preheat oven to 400°F.
Boil potatoes until tender.
Mash with milk, butter, salt, and pepper.
Sauté onion and garlic in skillet.
