Oil for frying
Instructions
Drain salmon and remove bones.
Place salmon in a mixing bowl.
Add onion, parsley, breadcrumbs to bowl.
Add milk, egg, lemon juice to bowl.
Add salt, pepper, garlic powder.
Mix well with a fork.
Form mixture into small patties.
Dredge patties lightly in flour.
Heat oil in a non-stick skillet.
Place patties carefully in hot oil.
Cook each side until golden brown.
Drain on paper towel-lined plate.
Serve warm with your favorite dip.
Notes
Use fresh parsley for bright flavor.
Use Panko for extra crunch.
Chill patties before frying for firmness.
Add hot sauce for a spicy kick.
Use a fish spatula to flip easily.
