  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 onion finely chopped

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup mushrooms sliced
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Mix beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, and seasonings.
