- 4 medium White Onions (Sliced)
- 3 lb Yukon Gold Potatoes
- 3 tbsp Garlic (Chopped)

- ¾ cup Butter (Unsalted)
- 2 tbsp Parsley (Chopped)
- Salt To Taste
