- 2 cans Beef broth
- 1 ½ pounds Gemstone potatoes
- 1 ½ pounds Pork stew meat
- 1 can Petite diced tomatoes
- 1 can Green chiles (chopped)
- 8 ounces Green chile salsa
- 2 teaspoons Garlic (minced)
- 2 teaspoons Chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- ½ Onion (chopped)
- Use cornstarch or potato flakes to thicken—your choice!
Dice gemstone potatoes, boil until mostly done, then drain.
Simmer pork stew meat in beef broth with onions, garlic, and seasoning.
