Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions
 

  • Place lemon juice in a small bowl.
  • Add Dijon mustard and minced garlic.
  • Add honey and red wine vinegar slowly.
  • Whisk well until everything is combined.
  • Slowly add olive oil while whisking.
  • Add salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Add chopped parsley and basil to the bowl.
  • Sprinkle dried oregano and mix well.
  • Pour into a mason jar to store.
  • Shake well before each use for freshness.
