Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Beef sirloin (sliced)
  • 1 large Onion (sliced)
  • 3 cloves  Garlic (minced)
  • 6 ounce Sour cream
  • 14 ounce Beef broth
  • 8 ounce Egg noodles
  • 8 ounce Mushroom (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 tbsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp seasoned salt
  • 4 tbsp Flour
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil and butter in a pan over medium heat.
  • Season meat with salt and pepper. Add chopped onion; cook until brown.
  • Add minced garlic and meat; cook until caramelized.
  • Remove the meat mix, add flour to the pan, and stir.
  • Squeeze in Worcestershire sauce; pour beef broth.
  • Add mushrooms and cooked meat mix back.
  • Whisk the mixture well.
  • Cover and let it simmer for over an hour.
  • After that, add sour cream. Serve with cooked egg noodles.

Notes

  • Cook the beef until it's golden for a better taste.
  • Sprinkle fresh parsley or dill for extra freshness.
  • Adjust the seasoning to fit your taste.
