- 1 pound Beef sirloin (sliced)
- 1 large Onion (sliced)
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 6 ounce Sour cream
- 14 ounce Beef broth
- 8 ounce Egg noodles
- 8 ounce Mushroom (sliced)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 tbsp Pepper
- 1 tbsp seasoned salt
- 4 tbsp Flour
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp Salt
Heat oil and butter in a pan over medium heat.
Season meat with salt and pepper. Add chopped onion; cook until brown.
Add minced garlic and meat; cook until caramelized.
Remove the meat mix, add flour to the pan, and stir.
Squeeze in Worcestershire sauce; pour beef broth.
Add mushrooms and cooked meat mix back.
Whisk the mixture well.
Cover and let it simmer for over an hour.
After that, add sour cream. Serve with cooked egg noodles.
