Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb thinly sliced steak
  • 1 green bell pepper diced
  • 1 red bell pepper diced
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet.
  • Add onions, cook until soft.
  • Add bell peppers and cook well.
  • Add sliced steak, cook until browned.
  • In a bowl, beat eggs and cream.
  • Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder.
  • Place steak mix in baking dish.
  • Pour egg mixture over steak mix.
  • Top with provolone and mozzarella cheese.
  • Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes.
  • Remove foil, bake 10 minutes more.
  • Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
  • Serve warm and enjoy the casserole.
