Ingredients
  

Crust:

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • cup melted unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar

Filling:

  • 2 packages 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Optional Toppings:

  • Fresh berries
  • Chocolate syrup
  • Crushed nuts

Instructions
 

  • Combine crust ingredients in a bowl. Mix well.
  • Press into the pan base. Chill for 15 minutes.
  • Beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  • Add sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice. Mix again.
  • In another bowl, whip the cream until stiff.
  • Fold whipped cream into the cheese mixture.
  • Spoon filling over crust. Smooth with spatula.
  • Cover and chill for at least 6 hours.
  • Add toppings before serving, if desired.
  • Slice, serve, and enjoy your dessert.

Notes

  1. Use full-fat cream cheese for best texture.
  2. Let cream cheese soften before mixing.
  3. Chill for at least 6 hours—overnight is better.
  4. Don’t overmix whipped cream into the filling.
