Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb Italian sausage
  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 24 oz marinara sauce
  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1 cup grated parmesan
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Boil noodles until al dente, then drain.
  • Cook beef and sausage in skillet until browned.
  • Drain fat from skillet and add marinara sauce.
  • In a bowl, mix ricotta, egg, and parmesan cheese.
  • Add garlic, onion, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • In dish, layer sauce, noodles, and cheese mixture.
  • Add mozzarella on top of each layer evenly.
  • Repeat layers until ingredients are fully used.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes.
  • Let the million-dollar lasagna recipe rest before slicing.
  • Garnish with fresh basil before serving hot.
