- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Grease an 8x8 pan well.
Whisk butter and sugar in a bowl.
Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well.
Add cocoa, flour, salt, and baking powder.
Pour batter into the prepared pan.

Remove and top with marshmallows.
