Add oil to skillet if needed.
Sear sliced steak in batches.
Cook steak until browned and tender.
Return vegetables and bacon to skillet.
Add Worcestershire sauce and seasonings.
Stir well to mix flavors evenly.
Layer cheese over the hot mixture.
Cover skillet until cheese melts fully.
Toast sandwich rolls if desired.
Fill rolls generously with steak mix.
Serve immediately while hot and gooey.
