Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon chopped
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp mustard powder
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 tbsp mustard yellow or Dijon
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
  • 1 tbsp chopped pickles optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook bacon in skillet until crispy. Set aside.
  • In same pan, cook beef until browned.
  • Add onion, garlic, salt, and spices. Stir well.
  • Mix in cream cheese until melted and smooth.
  • Spread beef mixture into greased casserole dish.
  • Whisk eggs, cream, mustard, and ketchup together.
  • Pour egg mixture over beef in dish.
  • Sprinkle cheese and bacon over the top.
  • Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until golden.
  • Let rest 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
