Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound  Mushrooms (medium)
  • 1/4 cup  Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley chopped (fresh)
  • 2 Cloves garlic (minced)
  • 4 ounces  White cheddar cheese (grated)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions
 

  • To start, heat the oven to 400°F.
  • Mushrooms were cleaned and removed from the stem. Trim the mushroom caps to fit snugly in the baking dish.
  • In a small size pan melt the butter over heat. Add pepper, salt, breadcrumbs, parsley, and garlic, and stir to mix.
  • In a baking dish, place the mushrooms. Add grated cheese to the butter-parsley mixture and stuff each mushroom cap.
  • Until the cheese is melted and bubbling, bake for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
