- ¼ teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 16 oz Bow Tie Pasta
- 4 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese (Freshly Grated)
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice (Fresh)
- 2 cups Basil Leaves (Fresh)
- 4 tablespoon Olive Oil (Extra-Virgin)
- ½ cup Fresh Spinach (Chopped)
- ½ cup Toasted Pine Nuts
- ⅙ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper (Freshly)
- ¼ cup Basil Pesto
- ½ cup Roma Tomatoes (Diced)
- ½ cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes (Chopped)
- ½ cup Fresh Basil (Chopped)
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese
- ¼ cup Creamy Caesar Dressing
- Salt To Taste
Boil salted water in a big pot.
Cook pasta until firm (about 10 mins), and drain.
Blend garlic, salt, Parmesan, lemon, and basil.
Gradually add olive oil, and blend until smooth.
Combine pasta, spinach, tomatoes, pesto, cheese, and dressing.
Mix well, add oil and pepper. Serve.
