Ingredients
  

  • ¼ teaspoon  Sea Salt
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 16 oz Bow Tie Pasta
  • 4 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese (Freshly Grated)
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice (Fresh)
  • 2 cups Basil Leaves (Fresh)
  • 4 tablespoon  Olive Oil (Extra-Virgin)
  • ½ cup  Fresh Spinach (Chopped)
  • ½ cup Toasted Pine Nuts
  • teaspoon Ground Black Pepper (Freshly)
  • ¼ cup Basil Pesto
  • ½ cup  Roma Tomatoes (Diced)
  • ½ cup  Sun-Dried Tomatoes (Chopped)
  • ½ cup Fresh Basil (Chopped)
  • ¼ cup  Parmesan Cheese
  • ¼ cup  Creamy Caesar Dressing
  • Salt To Taste

Instructions
 

  • Boil salted water in a big pot.
  • Cook pasta until firm (about 10 mins), and drain.
  • Blend garlic, salt, Parmesan, lemon, and basil.
  • Gradually add olive oil, and blend until smooth.
  • Combine pasta, spinach, tomatoes, pesto, cheese, and dressing.
  • Mix well, add oil and pepper. Serve.

Notes

  • Cook pasta until it's just right.
  • Use fresh and crunchy veggies.
  • Make sure to complete the dressing.
