Ingredients
  

For The Bulgogi:

  • 250 grams  Sirloin (sliced )
  • 1 Tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1/2 Tablespoon  Sesame oil
  • 1/2 Tablespoon  Sesame seeds (toasted)
  • Cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

For The Gochujang Mayo:

  • 2/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons Korean red pepper paste

For The Fries And Toppings:

  • 600 grams US frozen fries (straight-cut) (Potatoes 4-5 medium-sized)
  • 1 cup  Kimchi  (sliced)
  • 1 Tablespoon Chives (sliced)
  • 1 to 2 Tablespoons Seaweed strips (roasted)
  • 1 Tablespoon  sesame seeds (toasted)
  • 1 Tablespoon  Cilantro leaves

Instructions
 

  • Mix marinade ingredients in a bowl. Coat meat and marinate for 30 minutes (better overnight).
  • Cook meat in a pan with oil until browned and fully cooked. After that, cut it into small pieces.
  • Make gochujang mayo by mixing mayonnaise and red pepper paste.
  • Arrange toppings on the table. Cook frozen fries following package instructions. Drain with paper towels.
  • Serve fries on a platter or in smaller portions. 
  • Top with mayo, kimchi, and meat. The dish can be garnished with chives, seaweed, sesame seeds, and cilantro.
  • Enjoy the heat and the crunch!
