  • ½ cup mayonnaise avocado or olive oil-based
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • ½ tsp dried dill
  • ½ tsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Optional: chopped chives for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Add mayo, sour cream, and cream to a bowl.
  • Whisk until mixture is fully combined and smooth.
  • Add vinegar and lemon juice to the bowl.
  • Mix in garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper.
  • Whisk again until everything blends perfectly.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning as preferred.
