- 1 1/2 lbs Flank steak ( sliced)
- 2 teaspoons Garlic (minced)
- 1 Green bell pepper (sliced)
- 4 tablespoons Butter
- 1 Red bell pepper (sliced)
- 1/2 Onion (sliced)
- 7 Provolone cheese (slices )
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
Preheat a cast iron skillet, melt butter, and add peppers, onion, and garlic.
Saute until veggies soften; set aside on a plate.
Melt remaining butter, add steak, season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Sear both sides and cook covered on medium-low until steak is done.
Return veggies to skillet, and cook together for 2 minutes.
Top with provolone cheese slices, cover and melt the cheese.
Serve with a side salad for a satisfying meal.
