Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 lbs  Flank steak ( sliced)
  • teaspoons  Garlic (minced)
  • Green bell pepper (sliced)
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 Red bell pepper (sliced)  
  • 1/2 Onion (sliced)
  • Provolone cheese (slices )
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon  Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat a cast iron skillet, melt butter, and add peppers, onion, and garlic.
  • Saute until veggies soften; set aside on a plate.
  • Melt remaining butter, add steak, season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Sear both sides and cook covered on medium-low until steak is done.
  • Return veggies to skillet, and cook together for 2 minutes.
  • Top with provolone cheese slices, cover and melt the cheese.
  • Serve with a side salad for a satisfying meal.
