Ingredients
  

  • 10 hoagie rolls
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 20 slices salami
  • 20 slices pepperoni
  • 20 slices provolone cheese
  • 20 slices ham
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup sliced tomato
  • 1/2 cup sliced red onion
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoncini
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Slice hoagie rolls in half lengthwise.
  • Mix mayo, vinegar, oregano, and garlic in bowl.
  • Spread dressing on each roll evenly.
  • Layer salami, pepperoni, ham on bottom halves.
  • Add provolone cheese over the meats carefully.
  • Place sandwiches on baking sheet lined with foil.
  • Bake 10 minutes until cheese melts completely.
  • Add lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and pepperoncini on top.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper lightly over the toppings.
  • Close sandwiches and press down gently.
