Ingredients
  

  • 500 g ground beef 80/20
  • 4 brioche buns
  • 4 slices Irish cheddar
  • 1 small onion sliced
  • 1 tbsp whole-grain mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Season beef with salt and pepper.
  • Add Worcestershire sauce, mix gently.
  • Form into four equal patties.
  • Heat skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add olive oil and butter.
  • Place patties into the hot skillet.
  • Cook for three minutes per side.
  • Top with Irish cheddar, let melt.
  • Toast brioche buns until golden.
  • Spread mustard and mayonnaise on buns.
  • Add arugula and onions on the bottom.
