Cut salmon into 1-inch cubes.
Pat dry with paper towels.
Season with paprika, garlic, salt, pepper.
Toss in olive oil until fully coated.
Heat skillet over medium heat.
Add salmon cubes, sear on all sides.
Cook 6-8 minutes until crispy and golden.
In saucepan, combine honey, flakes, hot sauce.
Stir in soy sauce and lemon juice.
Simmer 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Pour hot honey over salmon bites.
Toss to coat evenly.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
