Preheat oven to 400°F.
Line your baking sheet with parchment.
Cut sprouts in halves.
Place sprouts in a large bowl.
Drizzle olive oil over sprouts.
Add salt and black pepper.
Toss to coat the sprouts evenly.
Spread sprouts on baking sheet.
Roast for 20 minutes.
Flip sprouts halfway for even cooking.
In a saucepan, add balsamic vinegar.
Add honey, mustard, garlic, soy sauce.
Whisk and cook on low heat.
Let it thicken slightly for 3 minutes.
Remove sprouts from oven when golden.
Drizzle honey balsamic glaze over sprouts.
Toss to coat while warm.
Sprinkle red pepper flakes if desired.
Garnish with fresh parsley.
Serve immediately while hot.
