  • 1/4 cup White Wine (dry)
  • 1/4 cup  Chicken Stock
  • 1 pound Lobster Meat Fresh (cooked and chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon  Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/4 cup Parsley Fresh (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Chives Fresh (chopped)
  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry
  • Egg (beaten)
  • 1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add flour, stirring for a smooth roux.
  • Gradually whisk in cream, wine, and stock until smooth.
  • Add salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, and onion powders, stirring.
  • Add lobster, parsley, and chives, and stir well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a 9-inch pie dish.
  • Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface, and cover the dish.
  • Brush pastry with beaten egg.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, golden pastry, hot filling. Enjoy!
