- 1 cup Hung yogurt
- ⅓ cup Olives black (chopped)
- ⅓ cup Green bell pepper (chopped)
- ⅓ cup Cabbage (chopped)
- ⅓ cup Carrot (chopped)
- 3 tablespoons Corn kernels
- 1 Green chili (finely chopped)
- ¾ teaspoon Salt
- ⅓ teaspoon Ground black pepper
- 12 slices Sandwich bread
- 3 tablespoons Unsalted butter (softened)
Put yogurt in a cloth(muslin), tie it up, and hang it in the fridge over a bowl.
Chill for 3 hours until whey drains, yielding thick yogurt.
Mix yogurt, olives, pepper, carrots, cabbage, corn, chili, salt, and pepper.
Spread the yogurt mixture on the bread, and create a sandwich.
Coat a sandwich with butter on both sides.
Heat pan, and toast sandwich until golden (2-3 mins each side).
Slice diagonally and serve hot. Enjoy!
