Ingredients
  

  • Carrot (grated)
  • 2 Onion (chopped)
  • 2 Stalks Celery (diced)
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp Orange juice
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Tomato ketchup
  • 2 tsp Fresh ginger (Grated)

Instructions
 

  • Mix grated carrot, vegetable oil, orange juice, onion, ginger, soy sauce, ketchup, vinegar, and celery in a bowl.
  • Add sugar and mayonnaise; stir until smooth.
