Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken breast cubed
  • 2 cups pineapple chunks fresh
  • 1 red bell pepper cubed
  • 1 yellow bell pepper cubed
  • 1 red onion cubed
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes.
  • In a bowl, add soy sauce, honey, lime juice.
  • Add olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper.
  • Mix well to create your marinade base.
  • Add chicken cubes to the marinade bowl.
  • Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat for grilling.
  • Thread chicken, pineapple, peppers, onions alternately on skewers.
  • Place the Grilled Pineapple Chicken Kabobs Recipe on grill.
  • Grill for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
  • Baste with remaining marinade while grilling.
