- 2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 6 tablespoon Honey
- 6 tablespoon Coconut Oil
- 2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 3 cups Oatmeal (Uncooked)
- 1 cup Raw Pepitas (Green pumpkin seeds)
- ½ cup Raw Cashews
- 1 ½ cups Raw Almonds (Sliced)
- ½ cup Coconut Flakes (Unsweetened)
Heat oven to 250°F (120°C) and use parchment paper on a baking sheet.
Mix oats, almonds, pepitas, cashews, coconut, and cinnamon in a big bowl.
Warm honey and coconut oil, then add vanilla in a saucepan.
Pour the warm mix over the dry stuff, and stir well.
Spread it on the baking sheet evenly.
