Ingredients
  

  • 2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 6 tablespoon Honey
  • 6 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 3 cups Oatmeal (Uncooked)
  • 1 cup Raw Pepitas (Green pumpkin seeds)
  • ½ cup Raw Cashews
  • 1 ½ cups Raw Almonds (Sliced)
  • ½ cup  Coconut Flakes (Unsweetened)

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 250°F (120°C) and use parchment paper on a baking sheet.
  • Mix oats, almonds, pepitas, cashews, coconut, and cinnamon in a big bowl.
  • Warm honey and coconut oil, then add vanilla in a saucepan.
  • Pour the warm mix over the dry stuff, and stir well.
  • Spread it on the baking sheet evenly.
  • Bake for 65 minutes 'til it's golden and crispy.
  • Cool it to make it crunchier.
  • Enjoy your homemade granola!
