Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp  Olive Oil
  • cup Bacon (Chopped)
  • ½  Onion White (Chopped)
  • 4 Hot Pepper (Chopped)
  • 2 Cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp  Tomato Paste
  • cup Whole Milk
  • cup  Puck Cheese Spread
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp  Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 cup Spicy Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup  Kraft Mild Cheddar Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Cook bacon in the skillet, stirring occasionally for 6 minutes.
  • Add onion, hot pepper, and garlic. Cook for 3-4 minutes till softened.
  • Add tomato paste and whole milk to the mixture.
  • Add cheese spread, and stir.
  • Mix in salt, pepper, paprika.
  • Add spicy, mild cheese. Stir till melted and combined.
  • Transfer queso to bowl, cool for 5 minutes.
  • It's time to serve the Fuego Queso!
