Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup  Beef Broth
  • 1 large  Onion (chopped)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 pounds Ground Beef
  • 1 can  Tomato Sauce
  • 1 can  Tomatoes (diced)
  • 1 can  Pinto Beans
  • 1 can  kidney Beans
  • 2 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • Salt (To your liking) 
  • Pepper (To your liking)

Instructions
 

  • In a large Dutch oven, cook ground beef until browned.
  • Break it into small pieces while cooking. Drain excess fat.
  • Add beef broth, tomato sauce, and spices. Mix well.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat. Simmer uncovered for 1-2 hours.
  • Stir occasionally for better flavor.
  • Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
  • Serve over cooked spaghetti, and top with cheese, onions, beans, and crackers.
