- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- ½ lb sliced roast beef deli-style
- 1 cup shredded provolone or Swiss cheese
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line baking sheet with parchment.
Flatten biscuits slightly on a clean surface.
Add roast beef and cheese to each biscuit center.
Fold and seal edges to form a ball.
Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
Melt butter. Add garlic, onion, and thyme.
Brush mixture on top of each biscuit.
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
While baking, heat broth and Worcestershire in saucepan.
Whisk and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
