Ingredients
  

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • ½ lb sliced roast beef deli-style
  • 1 cup shredded provolone or Swiss cheese
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Line baking sheet with parchment.
  • Flatten biscuits slightly on a clean surface.
  • Add roast beef and cheese to each biscuit center.
  • Fold and seal edges to form a ball.
  • Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
  • Melt butter. Add garlic, onion, and thyme.
  • Brush mixture on top of each biscuit.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
  • While baking, heat broth and Worcestershire in saucepan.
  • Whisk and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  • Remove biscuits and serve with warm dip sauce.
