Crack eggs into a bowl.
Add milk, sugar, and vanilla.
Sprinkle cinnamon and add salt.
Whisk everything until well combined.
Heat butter in a non-stick skillet.
Dip bread into the egg mixture.
Coat both sides of the bread well.
Place the bread on the skillet.
Cook until golden brown on both sides.
Remove and place on a plate.
Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Serve warm with maple syrup.
