  • 1 bag of tortilla chips
  • 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup of pepper jack cheese
  • 1 large tomato diced
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1 jalapeño thinly sliced

Notes

  1. Use a mix of cheeses for the best flavor—cheddar for sharpness and pepper jack for a spicy kick.
  2. For extra crispy nachos, bake the tortilla chips alone for a few minutes before adding the toppings.
  3. Layer your chips and toppings to ensure every chip has a bit of everything.
  4. If you like it spicy, add extra jalapeños or even a dash of hot sauce over the top before serving.
  5. Always serve your nachos immediately to enjoy them while they’re most flavorful and crisp.
