- 1 cup Lime juice (fresh)
- 1 cup Onion (chopped)

- 1 1/2 tablespoon Ground cumin
- 2 tablespoon Black pepper
- 2 1/2 tablespoon Sea salt
Start by gathering all the needed ingredients: fresh orange juice, garlic, sea salt, lime juice, black pepper, onion, ground cumin, olive oil, and Cuban oregano. Ensure the Cuban oregano is rinsed.
