Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper optional
  • Fresh parsley for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • Boil pasta in salted water.
  • Drain and set aside.
  • Heat oil in large skillet.
  • Add ground beef. Cook until browned.
  • Add minced garlic. Cook 1 more minute.
  • Stir in heavy cream and milk.
  • Simmer over medium heat.
  • Add Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir until cheese melts fully.
  • Sprinkle Italian seasoning and red pepper.
  • Let sauce simmer until thickened.
  • Add pasta to sauce. Toss gently.
  • Cook for 2 more minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
