Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb gnocchi
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Boil gnocchi until they float. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat butter and oil in a large skillet.
  • Sauté onion until soft, then add minced garlic.
  • Add cooked chicken to the skillet. Stir and cook gently.
  • Pour chicken broth and heavy cream into the skillet.
  • Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.
  • Let the creamy sauce simmer for five minutes.
  • Add spinach and let it wilt into the sauce.
  • Add cooked gnocchi and grated parmesan. Stir well.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving hot.
