Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz penne pasta
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 cup cooked bacon chopped
  • cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh parsley optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Boil water in a saucepan.
  • Add penne. Cook until al dente.
  • Drain and set aside.
  • Heat oil and butter in a skillet.
  • Add shredded chicken and stir.
  • Mix in ranch seasoning and bacon.
  • Lower heat and add cream cheese.
  • Stir until melted and smooth.
  • Add heavy cream and chicken broth.
  • Stir constantly to avoid lumps.
  • Sprinkle cheddar cheese and melt.
  • Add cooked penne and mix.
  • Let simmer for five more minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

  1. Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  2. Don’t overcook the penne pasta.
  3. Stir continuously for a smooth sauce.
