Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup  Butter unsalted (softened)
  • 1 cup Sugar (granulated)
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 cups  All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp  Baking Powder
  • 1/4 cup  Brandy or Rum 
  • 1 cup Candied Cherries (chopped)
  • 1 cup Walnuts (chopped)
  • 1 cup  Candied Pineapple (chopped)
  • 1 cup Raisins
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Make your cake pan by lightly greasing it and preheating your oven to 350°F.
  • In a large bowl, mix butter and sugar until creamy. Add salt, baking powder, and flour, and blend until combined.
  • Pour in milk, rum or brandy, and eggs. Mix them together.
  • Carefully add raisins, chopped walnuts, candied cherries, and pineapple into the batter.
  • Transfer the mixture to your greased pan. A toothpick should come out clean after 35-40 minutes of baking.
  • Make sure the cake is completely cooled before serving. Enjoy!
