- 1 cup coconut milk

- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp lime zest
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp honey
- Fresh cilantro chopped
Pat chicken dry and season with salt and pepper.
