- 1 large bag Shredded Cheese
- 1 large can Whole Tomatoes
- 2 cubes Tomato Base Bouillon
- 2 cubes Chicken Bouillon
- 1 lb Frozen Beef Taquitos
- 1 Gallon Water
- Salt To Taste
Prepare the Skillet: Heat a big skillet on medium heat.
Cook Beef Taquitos: Put frozen beef taquitos in the hot skillet. Cook for 5 minutes until brown and warm. Take them out.
Boil Water: In another pot, boil 1 gallon of water.
Add Bouillons and Tomatoes: When boiling, put 2 cubes of tomato base bouillon, 2 cubes of chicken bouillon, and whole tomatoes. Boil again, then lower the heat.
Combine Taquitos: Put cooked beef taquitos in the pot with tomatoes and bouillons. Simmer for 15 minutes on low heat.
Add Jalapenos and Salt: After 15 minutes, add jalapenos and salt. Simmer for 10 more minutes.
Mix Cheese: Turn off the heat, and add shredded cheese. Mix well.
