First, warm the oven to 375°F (190°C). Use a towel to make the chicken dry. In a dish, mix flour, paprika, salt, and pepper. Put flour mix on chicken, shake off extra.
Warm oil in a big pan on medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 3-4 mins on each side for a golden crust.
Remove chicken. Sauté minced garlic for 1 minute. Add broth and wine, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Lower the heat, and add cream and lemon juice. Stir sauce until it thickens, 3-4 mins. Return chicken to skillet, bake 20-25 mins at 375°F (190°C).
Remove skillet, and sprinkle parsley for color. Serve hot with pasta, rice, and veggies.
